Welcome to Luria Digital Productions, LLC. (LDP). This describes our TERMS AND CONDITIONS as they relate to DISPLAY PRINTING, IMAGING and OUTPUT SERVICES. If you have additional questions about our terms and conditions, please e-mail us. Thank you.

PICKUP & DELIVERY SERVICE: Westchester County, NY and Connecticut.
Jobs under $200 will be charged for pick-up & delivery. 4 hour lead time for this service (see service schedule below)

MAILING CHARGES:
Please provide your overnight carrier account information at time of order (preferred). Up to 16x20 - $10.00 plus postage and insurance. All work F.O.B. White Plains.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • Luria Digital accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa
  • Charge Accounts - are available upon credit approval. Payment terms are Net 30. Accounts over 30 days past due are subject to 2% per month interest. Accounts over 90 days past due are placed on a C.O.D. basis.

SERVICE SCHEDULE:
Normal service schedules are for our standard business day, starting at the time we recieve your order.

EXTENDED HOURS:
Extended hours are available by quote. - Please contact us for more information.

FILE SUBMISSION:
Files submitted for output must be correctly prepared. Upon request, Luria Digital will correct or modify files to specification at additonal cost. Normal output time will be determined from the receipt of written approval of such modifications from client.

PURCHASE ORDERS:
Or letter of instruction required. Not responsible for errors unless specific written instructions
are included.

MOUNTING:
Luria Digital takes great care in mounting, but assumes no liability when mounting customer
supplied materials.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged on accounts unless a fully executed sales tax exemption certificate or resale certificate is on file.

PRICE/POLICY CHANGES:
All of our prices, policies and schedules are subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY:
Everything we print is custom printed to our clients written specifications. Custom printed products cannot be recovered and reused. For this reason we have no return policy.The only accepted returns of merchandise is for product defects or miss printing caused by error on our part, and must be reported immediately. If we miss print a product we will take it back and print a new product to the correct client approved artwork. If defective product is found it will be replaced or refunded.

READ THIS NOTICE:
LIMIT OF LIABILITY - Submitting any media, disk, film, print, slide, negative or artwork for printing or other handling constitues an AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of media, disk, film, and or paper. Except for such replacement the acceptance of media, disk, film and or paper, is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidential or consquential damages excluded. Dyes used in color materials, like all other dyes may change with time and usage. These products, therefore, will not be warranted against any change in color for longer than the manufacturers specifications.

Original materials provided to Luria Digital Productions, LLC. it's processors or agents valued at greater than $100 should be insured.
